LAYER 01

DNA.

The instructions you were born with.

Small genetic differences shape how your body keeps time, uses what you feed it, and clears what it meets. They show tendencies, not certainties. That is why we read them next to the parts of your biology that change.

LAYER 02

Methylation.

How you live changes which genes are switched on.

Your DNA stays the same. The chemical tags sitting on top of it do not. Sleep, food, stress and movement can all shift them. This is the layer that moves, so it is the one that shows whether a change is doing anything.

LAYER 03

Gut.

A living community inside your body.

Gut microbes help break down food and make substances your body uses. Around 90% of your body's serotonin is produced there, although it does not simply travel to your brain. Researchers keep finding links between gut patterns and other areas of health. On its own a gut test cannot diagnose anything. Read with the rest, it starts to mean something.

LAYER 04

Blood.

What is circulating today.

A standard panel measures a few dozen markers. A full panel measures many times more. More markers is not automatically better. What helps is seeing them next to your genetics, your gut and your sleep, and watching them move over months rather than once a year.

LAYER 05

Wearables.

Your last 24 hours.

Sleep, strain and recovery, measured every day. On its own that is a score. Read against the slower layers, it starts to show whether what you changed is working, and what might be worth looking at again.

How it works

Most health tools organise one kind of data very well. Almost nothing reads one kind against another.

Indigo is being built to bring five biological layers into one picture and read them against each other, and against your own history. Not another score, but a clearer view of what your data may mean together.

One place for results that currently live across apps, portals, emails and PDFs.

See where signals in different layers agree, and where they do not. A marker that looks fine on its own can look different once you can see the layer underneath it.

Know what belongs with a licensed clinician instead of a search engine. Indigo does not diagnose and does not prescribe.

Know what to revisit as new results and daily data come in, rather than adding another orphaned report.

Hi IndigoHow is my gut health?

Medicine waits. Wellness guesses.

Founder

Medicine waits. Wellness guesses.

I trained in medicine and did not practise. What I saw was a system built to wait. It lets disease arrive, then treats you for the rest of your life.

I spent four years in wellness and found the opposite problem. Endless trends, no data, and nothing built for the person actually in front of you.

I kept coming back to one question. What if we could understand what our bodies may be pointing to earlier, bring those signals together, and know when to act or take them to a clinician?

That question became Indigo Health.

I sat across from people at the end of their lives who wished they could go back. Not for more time in the abstract, but to change something specific. A habit. A test they had postponed. A warning sign they had not understood.

I wanted to build something for the years before that moment.

Two years building with AI showed me what models can finally do with biological data that has always lived in separate places. DNA in one report. Bloods in another. Methylation, gut and wearables somewhere else entirely.

So I built the first version of the reasoning engine myself and tested it on real biological data. Indigo does not diagnose and it will never replace your doctor. It reads what is already there, across every layer, and tells you what is worth asking about while you still have time to ask.
